Pulsar Games is re-releasing the rules system used in the DC Heroes RPG formerly of Mayfair games.  The game system, called MEGS (Mayfair's Exponential Game System) has been a favored system among many fans and the re-release has come as good news and bad news.  The good news is that a supported rules system is in print and makes it easier for new gamers to get involved.  The bad news is the new game seems to be geared towards villains and anti-heroes (as well as heroes), a fad that went out with the early nineties.

The DC Heroes email list has compiled a list of new Powers, Advantages/ Disadvantages, Rules Updates Etc. in to a netbook called DC Heroes 4th Edition, which has been edited by Joshua Marquart.  The 4th Edition rules, a joint effort by the DCH emailist, has been pulled off of the net by it's editor and submitted to Pulsar Games, with the contributors approval for submission.

As of now the only suggestion by Pulsar Games for the 4th Ed. rules supplement would be to print an 'Unearthed Arcana' style of book because the current rules have already been sent to the printer.
